Surgical Services

We understand that sending your pet in for a surgical procedure, whether for something as simple as a neuter or as important as a life-saving procedure, can be a scary prospect.

This is why we take every precaution possible when placing your pet under anesthesia, both before the procedure, during the procedure, and after the procedure.

We use only the most up-to-date drug combinations and anesthesia protocols that have largely been established at our very own Colorado State University.

Your pet’s vitals (heart rate, blood pressure, ECG, oxygen levels…) are monitored by our trained technicians throughout every minute of the surgery to catch complications before they even happen. We utilize intravenous (IV) catheters for quick administration of any medications necessary as well as constant fluid administration to help control blood pressure and protect your pet’s internal organs.

Here at Tabby Road Animal Hospital, we care for your pets just like they were our own. Your pets are a part of your family, and subsequently are a part of ours.
